Home From Home Cookin’ has
adopted a more modern approach for this new restaurant
and coffee house at The Broadway, in the up and
coming town of Penrhyn Bay. With its con¬temporary
style, light wooden timbers, colorful decor and
its mellow ambience, Home From Home Cookin'
is THE place to do lunch.
It's no wonder the locals
are making up excuses to meet. The menu boasts
a mouth-watering range of hot
roast sandwiches and scrumptious bagels with smoked
Scottish salmon and Philadelphia, home-made scones,
bara brith and Italian ices.
Most of the food is freshly baked and prepared
on the premises. Its home-made fries are to-die-for
and you'll love the freshly made Danish pastries,
as well as the traditional Welsh rarebit, baked
to a secret recipe.
The dishes are created using
the cream of local produce. The smell of freshly
baked bread wafts
through the air, mingling with the scent of specialty
Italian coffees which are ground on the premises.
TAKE
A PEAK AT THE MENU!
It's a challenge for anyone to walk past the sweet
counter without giving into temptation. Home-made
chocolate truffles and biscuits look so inviting,
any diet will go out of the window. And they make
excellent gifts too.
Home From Home Cookin' is now licensed too, giving
customers the option to enjoy a glass of wine or
a cold beer, a perfect way to spend those summer
afternoons.
At Easter, the restaurant's opening
hours will be extended, to allow people to dine
at Home Cookin'
at lunchtimes and evening times.
But the beauty of the dining at any of the
Home Cookin' venues is the reasonable prices
and excellent service. You will always receive
a warm welcome from friendly, professional staff
who have been trained to attend to your every need.
‘HOME FROM HOME: Diners can settle down
to an excellent range of meals but it's always
worth saving a little space for the wonderful selection
of deserts and cakes’
